Issa Shivji
PROFESSOR ISSA SHIVJI is Professor of Law in the University of Dar es Salaam and is at present a Visiting Professor at Warwick University. He has written several books including ‘Law, the State and the Working Class in Tanzania’ and ‘The Concept of Human Rights in Africa’. (TA 50 1995)
